Description
Loaded into brand new brass from Norma OR Lake City. Just like our 9mm 94gr frangible, this uses a lead free projectile which makes it safe to use at all ranges and makes for safer shooting with those particularly sensitive to lead. Sealed neck and sealed primer.
When shot at something harder than itself (like a steel target) it immediately and safely pulverizes into dust, while acting as a traditional FMJ through all other targets.
Muzzle Velocity: 3250fps
This product is conveniently packaged either in a 100 round pack, vacuum sealed in our exclusive 7 mil thick poly nylon puncture resistant bag or in a traditional 50 round box. For the lowest price per round choose a case quantity.

The rounds cycled perfectly. Has some decent accuracy. My only problem with them was when I received my order a couple of the tips were broken off from the cases. I bought 300 rounds, and had 3 broken rounds. Found 2 of the tips in the package, one tip was not in the package, or in the box. Package wrap was not torn nor did it have any damage. Just means that while they were packing and wrapping there was a bad round included. Over all would buy again.

Hi Patrick, thank you for your order. I’m sorry you had issues with some of the projectiles themselves, we are working to improve QC on this particular product to catch those rounds before they get packaged. During the loading process sometimes the projectile isn’t lined up perfectly and the tip gets damaged which causes the issue you mentioned. Send us an email and we’ll send out some ammo to replace the bad ones.

I shot 400 rounds and was pretty happy with the packaging an appearance on the ammo. Mine were all stamped .223 and were really weak it seems or it’s possible my second bag was a bad batch. My first 200 rounds I had no failures. In my second 200 rounds I had many failure to ejects an a few hard primers. I run a H1 buffer an Springco spring my rifle had otherwise been extremely reliable. I bought more because it’s good training ammo and I guess the failures add practice. Decent stuff.

I hosted a local LEO agency for an 8 hr. block of instruction through VTV Training Group where close to 2000 rounds were fired. The ammunition ran flawlessly. Every round appeared to be loaded to high industry standards. I was also amazed at how close you can actually get to AR500 without getting any splash back or causing damage to the steel. I am extremely excited to use this in my future carbine classes. My thanks to Trevor and the Pine Valley Munitions team. You guys are great!
